Managed Mowing Membership
Weekly route-based mowing as a managed seasonal membership (April 1 – October 31).

Property Care Membership
A fully managed, year-round plan designed to keep your entire exterior maintained — without scheduling individual services.

- Storm limb pickups & standard snow service
Limited enrollment. Priority scheduling and annual planning included.
How Billing Works
Membership Billing
Memberships are billed monthly on the 1st to reserve route capacity. If you enroll mid-month, we prorate the remainder of that month at signup.
Membership billing secures scheduling, route placement, and seasonal planning — not individual “appointments.”
Pay-Per-Visit Availability
Pay-per-visit mowing is offered only when route capacity allows and is charged after each completed visit. It does not reserve a weekly slot.
Membership customers always receive priority scheduling.
Enhancement Services
Project-based services are available separately and scheduled based on route capacity.
Mulch Installation
Bed cleanout, edge redefining, and proper 2–3” bulk mulch installation for a clean, professional finish and lasting curb appeal.
